Credit assessment and scoring

Should we provide any advance services, e.g. for purchases on account, we will obtain a credit report based on mathematical-statistical procedures from the following agencies, so as to safeguard our legitimate interests. In order to do so, we will transmit the personal data required to the agencies in question and use the information on the statistical probability of a default thus acquired to make a carefully-weighed decision on the payment method to be facilitated.

This credit report may contain probability values (score values), which are calculated based on scientifically proven mathematical-statistical procedures, whereby address data will also be part of the calculation. Your legitimate interests will be taken into account in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. You may at any time withdraw your consent to this assessment with future effect. This may result in us no longer being able to offer you certain payment options.
